Immigration & Customs

Immigration officers will collect your immigration form(s) and verify your travel documents. Once cleared by Mexican Immigration, simply collect your luggage from the designated area for your arrival flight and follow the signs to the exit. Customs officials will collect your customs form. Please note that the Customs officials reserve the right to screen your luggage.

Should your flight be delayed or cancelled, we will know as we monitor flights.

Meet & Greet

Our airport staff will be expecting you with the group logo and/or name at the designed areas. Our staff will ensure that participants are guided to the correct vehicle. Please note that taxi companies, timeshares, or car rental agencies may approach you. Please do not go with them. Our staff will be waiting for you outside for you with IDLife signage.
