When is the trip?

We will be experiencing the best that Puerto Vallarta has to offer from November 5-9, 2024.

What kind of weather should I expect?

Puerto Vallarta's weather in November is exceptional. Typically the weather is around 86 degrees Fahrenheit.

What currency is accepted?

US Dollars are strongly utilized (if not preferred) at all stores, shops, dining, and entertainment venues. Major credit cards are accepted; however, you may encounter service fees through your bank.

Are there phone plans I should be aware of?

All major phone companies have special plans for Mexico. Please check with your carrier for current details.

Where is the trip?

We will be staying in beautiful Puerto Vallarta in Mexico at the stunning Secrets Vallarta Bay Resort.

Where should I fly in?

You should fly into Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR).

​

How far is the hotel from the airport?

Secrets Vallarta Bay Resort is approximately 20 minutes from the airport.

Will I need to coordinate my own transportation?

We have coordinated your transportation to and from the resort with Connect DMC.

What is the dress code?

We're at the beach, so make sure you wear something that makes you feel comfortable and confident. We recommend bringing sunscreen, comfortable footwear, and a bring a jacket (just in case). To experience the ultimate in dining, the hotel has a very strict dress code in some of its restaurants.  You can reference each restaurant's dress code on the Dining page.

How do I register?

You can register here. Please register by October 1, 2024.

Do I need a passport?

You will need a passport to enter Mexico. Passport processing can take up to three months or expedited services can do it in four weeks. 

​

What time should I arrive in Puerto Vallarta?

We suggest that your flights after 3 p.m. in the afternoon. If you are arriving early, rooms may not be available immediately. We will have a storage area to store your luggage so you can enjoy the property before getting your room assignments. 

 

What if I want to stay a few days before or after?

Pre-and-Post nights are available on this trip. Associates are responsible for these days and can reserve available pre/post nights through the IDLife Corporate team. The cost of the pre/post nights is $325 per person with double occupancy, per night. Single occupancy will be $500 per night. 

 

What is the cost of a pre or post night?

Each night will be $650 for 2 people. Single occupancy will be $500 per night.
